Ordering & Payment

Payment can  be made using Visa and MasterCard and other major credit or debit cards.

We never keep your payment details on record. All information regarding your online transactions and identity is kept confidential through our payment gateway Stripe.

Our website site uses SSL technology to keep your information safe – look out for the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser which indicates to you that you are browsing and purchasing on a secure connection.

All prices listed on our website are in Euro (EUR).

The total cost of your order is the price of the products at the time the order is placed plus the postage fee based on a flat rate for the region you chose at checkout (see below).

Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment has been paid.
If you process an order in error, please contact us immediately by emailing printsales@bpfallon.com quoting your order number.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products and delivery rates listed on this website at anytime.

If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of dispatch, we will contact you immediately to discuss options.

Delivery

Delivery for online purchases are handled by An Post using their registered post service.

Currently, we deliver items to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe and United States.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are at the following flat rates and estimated delivery time frames.
Expect longer delivery times over the Christmas period.

Republic of Ireland
€10.00 per order: 2-3 working days.

United Kingdom
€11.00 per order: 5-7 working days.

Europe
€11.00 per order: 5-7 working days.

United States
€13.00 per order: 10-12 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

There is no exchange or refund available on photographic prints purchased at our online store.
