The view from the tabloids:
“Bono’s hood buds from waaay way back: Gavo Friday, Guggo and BP Fallo – were all there at the Science Gallery with BP and Friday performing something no doubt edgy, arty and futurey… You know, after BP Fallon kicks the bucket we reckon his body should become a permanent exhibition at the Science Gallery. Shame he’s an immortal”

The view from the intelligentsia (Gavin Friday’s site, actually):
“… although local vibe master BP Fallon brought it back to heart and bones with a spoken word performance of his recent single ‘I Believe in Elvis’ where in no uncertain terms he challenged the very notion of Fame”

Much thanks to Michael John Gorman, Karen Walshe, Lynn Scarf, Lea O’Flannagain, Derek Williams and all at Science Gallery plus of course the lauded Biorhythm Live host Gerry Godley.

Meanwhile I’m still thinking… :)

Hear here! Gavin Friday and Dave Ball’s cover of Suicide’s Ghost Rider

Mr Friday calls it a “Sci-fi trash rockarolla”.

The single was recorded as part of a 70th Birthday EP tribute series to Suicide vocalist Alan Vega. Available on limited edition vinyl and for download from Blast First Petite. The download comes in two formats: mp3 and high quality lossless FLAC file and includes the single’s artwork.

The limited edition vinyl 10″ of the song contans additional tracks by Thomas Brinkmann (Diamonds, Furcoats, Champagne) and Alan Vega (Puss On Tha Time Warp). It’s also available as a limited edition radio CD.
